International - Shipping

South Africa - Shipping
Orders exceeding R1500.00 will receive free shipping within South Africa. We ship Nation Wide in South Africa. We offer door-to-door shipping. Orders below R1500 will pay a flat fee of R 150.00.
Our courier service offers a 3 to 5 day delivery service for all main centre areas. Outlaying areas have a 5 to 7 day delivery service. You will receive a notification once your parcel has been collected.

Ready To Ship
Items in our ready to ship are ready for despatch and will be shipped 1-3 days after ordering ( dependent on the day of ordering )
Lead Time
All other items will have a timescale on them. These are the estimated timings to create your piece. Expect a 5- 15 day manufacturing lead time for our ready to wear collections and 10-25 days for our bespoke, couture headwear.
Tracking and Dispatch
Once your headwear has been collected by our courier, you will receive your tracking number via an email notification.
Transit Time
Our courier service offers a delivery time of 3-5 days after collection of your item. Courier delays may occur and Jacqueline Kolbe Millinery takes no responsibilities for delayed delivery, due to the abilities of such courier service.
